Refund Policy
BrandGEO honors Paddle's statutory cancellation and refund rules, including applicable 14-day rights for eligible consumer transactions.
Effective date: 2026-07-21Free plan
The free plan involves no payments.
Statutory cancellation rights
Eligible consumers may withdraw from some digital content and service transactions within the statutory period stated by Paddle. For EU/EEA, Switzerland, UK, Turkey, and Israel consumers, Paddle's policy provides a 14-day statutory right for eligible transactions. Other countries may have different mandatory periods. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
First subscription
For eligible first subscription payments, BrandGEO supports Paddle's cancellation and refund handling, including the 14-day statutory window where it applies.
Renewals
You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Refund eligibility for renewals follows Paddle's buyer terms, local law, and any additional rights Paddle applies to your country or transaction type.
Technical or delivery issues
If BrandGEO materially fails to deliver access to the paid features described on the pricing page, contact us first so we can fix the issue or support a refund request through Paddle.
How to request
Use the refund option in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle buyer support. You can also email 293580730qq@gmail.com from your account email with the Paddle order number, and we will help route the request.
Timing
Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible, following Paddle's published refund timelines.
Access after refund
If a subscription payment is refunded, paid access to the relevant BrandGEO features may end.
Enterprise
Enterprise engagements follow their signed contract, except where mandatory consumer or buyer rights require otherwise.
