Service

BrandGEO provides AI-visibility auditing, fix deliverables, and content generation tools for founders and small teams; analysis is limited to publicly accessible web pages.

Account

Use a real email and keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

No attacks, no scraping of non-public content, no quota circumvention, no resale, no large-scale automated abuse; violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions bill monthly and are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax, and invoices; price changes are announced in advance and never affect the current period.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy (/refunds). BrandGEO honors Paddle's statutory cancellation and refund rules, including applicable 14-day rights for eligible consumer transactions.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from the billing page; service continues to the end of the paid period.

Content ownership

Your brand materials remain yours; generated fixes and articles are yours to use freely once delivered. You confirm you are entitled to analyze the submitted site (read-only analysis of public pages is considered permitted).

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is"; whether AI engines index, cite, or recommend you is decided by third-party platforms and is not guaranteed.

Liability

Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the past 12 months; no indirect damages.
